Act V. Sat I + Sat Ii

<p>Hello,
My son is from the Mid-West, and as a result he's taking the ACT without really considering taking the SAT (his college consular said this would be fine, as the tests are basically comparable at the very base level), however how often is the ACT a substitute for the combination of the SAT I and the SAT II, for example if he wanted to apply to New York University, would he have to submit SAT II's with his ACT or just his ACT.</p>

<p>I think some schools require the SAT II. You should check on the colleges you're applying to.</p>
