ACT vs. SAT scores

Just finishing my apps and concerned about which scores I should send.
Ive taken the ACT 3 times and got:
<06/2010- Composite: 29 Eng: 29 Math: 25 Reading: 35 Science 26 English/writing combined: 28, Essay:9 >

< 09/2010- Composite: 29 Eng: 27 Math: 27 Reading: 31 Science: 32 Combine Eng/Writing: 26, Essay:8>

<10/2010 Composite: 31 Eng: 27 Math: 31 Reading: 33 Science: 31 Combine Eng/Writing: 25, Essay: 7>

My SAT's are:

<05/2010- Overall-1960 Critical Reading: 750 Math: 640 Writing: 570 w/ 8 on the essay>

<11/2010- Overall -2080 CR: 730 Math: 670 Writing 680 w/ 8 on essay>

<12/2010- SAT II's US Hist: 650 Math II: 660>

For schools that don't require SAT II's I think Im just going to send my SAT, but for schools that do I'm no sure. I dont know whether it is better to have low SAT II's and good SAT or a good composite ACT w/ one low section. Also, does anyone know whether schools superscore the ACT. I have never been able to get a clear answer. Also would it be worthwhile to send all my SAT to get the extra 20 pt on superscore even if it shows my low initial reading section? Any insight would be great!! Thanks

depends on which schools you apply to, your second SAT score is pretty good, but the 31 on your ACT is definitely the best score you have. I would recommended sending that rather than anything else

The SAT score is higher than your ACT score.

any harm in sending both of them?
