If someone could provide a list of schools that require only act, and a list that requires both act/sat that’d be AMAZINGGGG!!
Most (f not virtually all) schools will take either standardized test.
Literally every single school accepts either the ACT or the SAT, with no preference between the two.
FWIW - Some kids do better on one test than the other, so if you’re not happy with ACT score, then take SAT, or vice versa, but as jcc pointed out, colleges really don’t care.
There are some schools that require you to send both sets of scores if you took both tests.
