So I've taken the ACT three times, twice with writing and once without. This may or may not be a really dumb question, but will colleges still count my WITHOUT writing test as long as I send in at least one of my WITH writing tests as well? My third score is a lot better than both of my previous two scores, so I just really want to make sure colleges will be taking it into account as well. Thanks in advance! :)

Yes to your question. Send in your highest writing score with your most successful ACT scores on the four sections and you’re good to go

Actually it depends on college. If the college requires the writing section, it or may not consider an ACT without writing if you submit another with writing to meet its requirement. Moreover, the colleges usually don’t tell what they do on their websites so you really need to contact most colleges to learn the answer.
