Hello, guys, I have one problem. I have done ACT with writing and got a 27 on that, then I’ve done one without writing, and got a 33. Today I have asked University of Cali admissions center if they only take ACT’s with writing and they said yes. Will most of the top universities not take my 33 at all? Thanks.
