Hi Everyone !
My ACT score is 34/36 and I’m planning to apply to VT for computer engineering. Is it ok if I send my ACT score instead of SAT ???

According to the Virginia Tech website…
“Any student planning to apply for freshman admission to Virginia Tech is required to submit scores from either the ACT or the redesigned SAT. Scores from the “old” SAT (administered prior to March 2016) are no longer accepted. It is unnecessary to register for the extra “essay” section on the SAT the extra “writing” section on the ACT, or any SAT Subject Tests.”
That’s a great score - you should definitely send it.
If your SAT score is just as good, send that one too. If not, keep it to yourself - no need to send.
