Act

i sent my ACT scores back in sept. when i submitted my application. however, i just checked my scores this morning and they went up. if i were to send this second set of scores, mcgill would only take the higher into consideration, correct? i know theres no huge difference between a 33 and a 34...but every little bit helps when its your first chioce school, right?

Coop: From the McGill web site: <a href="http://www.mcgill.ca/applying/undergrad2007-08/usa/%5B/url%5D">http://www.mcgill.ca/applying/undergrad2007-08/usa/</a></p>

"All test results are required to be reported to McGill University, including those of retaken tests. Normally, the best score will be considered."

A 33/34 will put you in great shape for admissions. My d. got a 34 and was admitted to the competitive Arts and Sciences program.

Good luck.

well that is good to know. im comfortable with my test scores, its my gpa im worried about. i have extenuating circumstances for 10th grade, but my junior year is good. that pretty much means my senior year 1st semester will be the most important. too much stress. would you mind telling me what gpa your daughter had to go along with the ACT?

coop: check your pm's.
