Would a 32 ACT and a 2060 SAT hurt my chances of transferring? I am an URM and might be applying to Harvard and Yale as a transfer. I would much rather spend my time concentrating on Ecs and college work, plus writing excellent transfer essays. What do you all think?

A 32 ACT is equivalent to a 2100 SAT. So its probably in your best interest to only send the ACT report.

40 points on your SAT will NOT be the determining factor.

Like you said, spend your time doing the things you like as well as telling those schools how you have improved and/or why their school fits you well. Also, build good relationships with your profs, a good recommendation has much more weight in the transfer process than a “low” SAT/ACT score.
