<p>I visited UCSC, through their Black recruitment and retention program (DHE); the majority of the black students had come up on DHE so it’s a really good program (65% avg yield for all the kids that come up on it) and the black community was very closeknit. I loved the community and the school was nice but their FA was lacking. What schools is your daughter considering.</p>
