Activities During Gap Year

I am taking a gap year and applying to college in the fall. I am not enrolled in a post-graduate programme - instead, I am working as a teaching fellow at my high school. I would like to add this internship experience, that I am a student advisor, that I am coaching the mock trial team, and that I am serving as a faculty advisor to our gay-straight alliance, but I know that the only options for "participation grade levels" are 9, 10, 11, 12, and PG (post-graduate). Should I use the PG option to indicate that I am participating during my gap year, or is this only appropriate if I'm actually taking classes at a post-graduate programme?

Also, I would like to add that I will be participating in National Novel Writing Month in November. I plan on applying to a school ED (i.e., I will sending in my application before November). Can I still write it in as an activity with a note that it will begin in November? From now through October I will spend a great amount of time planning and prepping my novel.

Thank you all so much :)

[For anyone’s future reference, I emailed some adcoms and they said to list details about my internship in the gap year essay and that I can still click PG despite not being in a post-grad programme. No answers about NaNoWriMo (didn’t ask the adcoms about it) but I’m planning on listing it as long as I am spending a lot of my time working on it.

Just in case someone is in a similar position in years to come. ]
