Activities help on the Common App

Ok, so you know how the Common App has you list your activities? This semester I'm in Women's Glee Club (chorus thing) and a drama laboratory, where I spend three weeks working backstage for a show. Both are worth one hour. Are these considered extracurricular activities?

Also, I hate the part where you have to put how many hours/week and weeks/year the activity is... how strict are they on this? I try to do it as accurately as possible, but sometimes I'm not sure...

For example... in high school, I was in Junior Classical League (Latin Club) all four years, and in the spring I went to convention and did random other things with Latin throughout the year. I have no idea what to put for the time spent part! Help, please! :O

Sorry this post turned out longer than I expected!

Don't fret about the "hours/wk", "wks/year" - just make it work by using rough averages, or typical amounts.

IDK whether you should include the Chorus and stage work, since it looks like you got credit for them. But if you think they were primarily EC's, and the credit was a lot less than the amount of time spent, I suppose you can include. (Unless someone with more specific knowledge chimes in).
