Activities: Identify grade level for position?

<p>For example if you were in Activity X for 4 years, you'd check all 4 boxes. Say you were president for the last two years and secretary the year before those two. Do you just put down "President, Secretary", or should you put down "President (11, 12), Secretary (10)"? What if you do not have room for the specific grade designation?</p>
