Activity Sheet Question

<p>The CommonApp gives a pathetic amount of space for listing activities, and I want to make my own list, but a couple of questions...</p>

<p>1) Do I make my own out in addition to the one on the Common App?
2) Do I send it in at the same time as my online app?
3) Name/SS# on header footer?
4) I assume that the admission people will file it with my online app, right?</p>

<p>Sorry for the stupid questions, but I just don't want any mistakes...</p>

2) Around the same time as your supplement, though it's not really necessary as long as it gets in by the deadline

<p>Wow haven't heard of sending in your own activities list. I would assume this would be done by real mail and not email.?</p>

<p>If you apply online you could type it out in the extra info section at the end of the app.</p>
