ACTs in Mail

For all of you who got the ACT scores in the mail, did you get the actual copy of the test and the scoring instructions if you bought the "test information release"?

thanks.

Yes, you do. You get a copy of the version of the test you took, a list of your answer and the correct answer for each question, and a copy of the curves for each section. Sadly, this information does not come in the packet with your test scores. Instead, it comes in a separate mailing several weeks after you receive the actual test scores.
EDIT: You do not, however, get an actual photocopy of your answer sheet. You can use an included form to order a photocopy if you want, though. This includes a photocopy of your MC answers and your essay. It costs $10.

ShadowOfAnEnigma, could you give the raw scores necessary to get a 30 and above for this test. That would really be great for all of those people who didn't order the service.

Thanks.

Yes I would also be interested in the curves for the June 2005 test.

Sure, I would be happy to post the curves when the packet arrives.

ShadowOfAnEnigma, you didn't get the curves in the mail?

No, not yet. :( The score service (or whatever it’s called) comes a few weeks after the scores themselves. I will be sure to update you when I hear more.

I actually didn't get my score until today, beacuse I was out of town and I don't care about the ACT enough to go out of my way and pay $8 to get the scores.

I'm probably the only one on this forum who didn't get early scores.

I got a 30 composite and am happy, although I care less about the ACT than the SAT. I was disappointed, however, with a 30 in math, something I expected to be a bit higher. My 25 in science was also very low, although I was expecting that. oh well
