Actual deadline

<p>As I drastically change my essays I'm wondering if the deadline for everything to be turned in for SCEA is 11:59 Oct 1 or 11:59 pm Nov 1?</p>

<p>Published deadlines always refer to the last minute of the deadline date, so 11:59 pm ET on Nov. 1 (except, now, for storm-affected students).</p>

<p>But don’t wait until that time – there’s a good chance the server will be busy and unavailable as the deadline hour draws near.</p>

<p>BTW, Standard Time resumes on Sunday morning, so storm-affected students actually get an additional hour to submit their applications.</p>
