<p>Just out of curiosity, for those of you who have applied. When you put down your extra currics. they ask for your advisors number and e-mail. How many of you actually think they follow through and check??? I mean you hear of people who were accepted in three days. Do the reviewers actually have time to double check your e.c.s??</p>
<p>I doubt they do it very often...what a waste of time. I highly doubt they checked mine, since I see most of my advisors daily and not one of them has mentioned it (which I know they would).</p>

<p>OP: well, seeing as how the email addresses of my advisor didnt even work anymore (my advisor left the school), and i still got in, i dont think you should be worried.
(my ECs were real though, just in case you think im faking them)</p>

<p>i'm actually a girl!!! but thanks, i think it was b/c of my act score. i got a 35 and i'm a african american. maybe that helped a little too.</p>
