Actuary... Math.. Prestige?

Hi, i'm gonna be a freshman at walsh University in north canton ohio and its pretty much just a no-name private school. with little name recognition. I am VERY girted in math and am thinking of becoming actuary maybe. I plan on majoring in math. lets just assume that i graduate with a BS math (my current major) and pass 2 exams while in college. Will the college's (lack of) prestige hurt my chances of landing a job? If so, how much. Is college prestige that important in becoming an actuary?

Thanks Guys!

The best thing about being an actuary, that many do not know, is that there is entirely no need for a prestigious university.

If you can pass 2 exams before graduation, you will be fine, and chances are, you should fine a good job with a high salary

However, passing the exams won’t be all that easy

thx lil wayne.
