<p>A pair of courses (lecture and lab) both have math prerequisites. The prerequisites have been fully satisfied with AP credit (and that credit is accurately reflected on the student’s record). The student was able to add the lecture with no problem, but is unable to add the lab due to “missing prerequisites.” Clearly a glitch, but whom does one contact to get it fixed? Advisor, department, registrar?</p>
<p>Advisors and academic departments can clear prerequisite holds. This can be done via email if needed.</p>
<p>We had a similar problem this summer when we made changes to the schedule from the first Bama Bound. A quick email and all was solved within minutes. I had told my son it may take several days to hear back from them, but it was literally minutes. I love how responsive UA is!</p>
