<p>How do I go about doing this? Going to UCSB. Wait for Transfer day and talk to someone in counseling? Sorry in advance if there's already been a tread about this.</p>
<p>You do so after you start classes, you need to fill out a petition for double major / petition for minor form. These can be found on the UC’s website. You have to do it soon however since usually there is a requirement to do so before you acquire 90 semester, and you start out around 70. The actual requirements for a successful petition is listed on the form.</p>

<p>Given the 2 minutes of Googling I am currently able to dedicate, it looks like this might be something like the form you will need… honestly though, it’s considerably different than the forms that I saw UCSD and UCD using, so it might not be it.</p>

<p>The forms at the other UC’s contained all of this stuff but they asked for a listing of the classes you will take, maybe this is only half of the form…</p>
