I am currently attending a CC in NJ. I was originally planning on transferring to Rutgers-Newark next Fall, but now I would like to transfer in the Spring of 2017. Can I still add Rutgers on my FAFSA for Spring 2017, or am I too late? I already received and accepted my financial aid package at my CC for 2016-2017 if that means anything.
