Is it possible to enroll in new classes that have already started but have less than maximum capacity and are still open?

yes in most cases. your university/college should have some type of academic affairs office. they would know the policu. usually there is some type of dead line thoguh even if they do so i would check it out asap

There’s probably an open add-drop period when you can go online and enroll/de-enroll in classes easily, and it’s probably followed by another period where you need to collect a signature from the instructor in order to get into a class.

Some instructors may try to discourage you from doing a late add if missing the first few days would put you at a disadvantage (think, for example, of missing the foundation work in a language class or something similar). If you decide to go ahead and add anyway, make sure you stay on top of the assignments and read the syllabus carefully.

Uh, depends on your school.

After classes that have already started at my CC, people on the waitlist and crashers were allowed to come to the classroom on the first day and see if they could get in. If people were absent that day, they were automatically granted their spot.
