Adding oneself to degree list on Telebears?

<p>The apparent deadline to add oneself to the degree list on telebears isn't until Friday of the 8th week. However, on Telebears, the Degree List option under Registration is not clickable. Does anyone know what the problem is?</p>

New Undergraduate Students
All new undergraduates 8 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday
Graduate Students
All graduate students 8 am - 7 pm, Monday - Friday
Open Hours
All students 7 am - 8 am & 7 pm - 12 Midnight, Monday - Friday
12 Noon - 12 Midnight, Saturday - Sunday</p>
