Additional Comments Section?

Did you guys put anything in the Additional Comments section? I've told everything I needed to in the personal statements, but I feel like the UC's expect something in the additional comments. Any advice?

Wondering the same thing.

No, don’t write something just to “put something there,” quality over quantity.

@aharrold, You are probably right, but I think I read somewhere that an admissions officer wanted students to put something down, since they are technically giving them more space to write, even though it’s optional.

I wanted to write because i felt like it was a waste not to, but i decided not to in the end

It’s completely optional to write anything in the additional comments section. Don’t put anything there if you don’t have anything to say that hasn’t already been said in your personal statement or anywhere else in the application.

Only write something if you need to explain something in your application such as why you didn’t attend a particular semester or a constant trend of W’s. Don’t write in it just to add another personal statement.
