Additional Information/Extracurriculars

Hokay, so in the UC and Common Applications, there is an additional information section.

This summer, because of some residency issues with the school district, I was actually not enrolled at my high school for a little while, so I wasn't sure if I would be attending my senior year, or if I would have to switch to another high school. For this reason, I couldn't continue my membership in a club, because it required a summer orientation. I'm only a member and not an officer or anything.

Is that important enough to put in the additional information area?

Oh, and for extracurricular activities, if I snowboard recreationally, is that also considered "extracurricular"?

Thanks. :)

It's probably ok if you don't put it but if you feel compelled to, go for it.

If snowboarding is really one of your frequent activities and you really like it, then definitely put it down. It shows another dimension to you.

You guys think Texas Hold'em (with real $$) is worth putting down? ;)
