<p>In the "additional information" section of the Common App, did you just put a resume? Thing is, the resume would be redundant with the information I provided in previous sections.</p>
<p>There wasn't enough room in the "academics" section for all my AP scores/SAT IIs, so I'm just going to include those and probably research abstracts. Would that be better than just adding a resume?</p>
<p>My advice is to never have large overlaps in an application if at all possible. An attached resume is OK if you really didn’t have sufficient space describe your activities in the main Activities section of the CA, but it shouldn’t be a repeat of the same information with only minor changes. Think like an adcom and if you’d like to read through essentially the same thing twice.</p>
<p>Additional testing should definitely be in the Additional Info section; research abstracts depend on whether or not it comes from a published paper or talk, level of research, etc.</p>
