Additional Practice

I was a little disappointed withthe Real ACT (red book). Of course I out it helpful, but only 3 practice tests weren't enough. I'm wondering if there is anything else around that I just as good for more preparation. I'm focusing on math and science. Thanks.

Sparknotes, McGraw Hill, Barrons 36, and TPR 1296.

If you’re looking for some online resources as well, try the practice test that the ACT gives you:

The “Preparing for the ACT” PDF booklet that includes a practice ACT test:

And the one I’m currently using and find very helpful: Number2 Test Prep Site

Homepage: [Number2.com :: Free Online Test Prep](http://www.number2.com)
ACT page: [Number2.com :: Free Online Test Prep](http://number2.com/exams/act/companion/)

I haven’t explored deep enough into Number2, but they have a variety of practice questions. I haven’t found a full practice test, but I do enjoy (as a good resource, not for fun -_-) their practice questions.

EDIT: I see you’re focused on math and science. I have a book called the Barrons Math and Science ACT Workbook. You might want to look into that. I bought it for twenty-five cents at a local library book sale, among other prep books for .25. Check your library out!

Thanks very much for the suggestions you two.

also try the ACT 1296 questions from Princeton. There are 3 full length tests plus 3 extra sections per section on the ACT (So, essentially, 6 full tests.) These are very good- except for the science which I think is rather difficult.
