<p>My family is moving to a new house in December, but I will probably submit my apps under my current address. Because we rent our current house, my parents say we can't forward the mail. Am I allowed to change my mailing address after I submit the apps? I'm not sure if I'm allowed to use the new house's address right now since it isn't our house yet.</p>
