ADHD and International student?

Hey, so my sister was recently diagnosed with ADHD. She’s a good student, and recently graduated with a bachelor’s from a good university in our home country. She’s interested in pursuing a post-grad degree from the US. However, since she was diagnosed very recently, her learning disability has greatly interfered with her studies and jobs in the past(without her realising it, especially because mental health is still not openly discussed here). I have a few questions:

  1. Is mentioning the disorder going to affect her chances of acceptance in any way(negative or positive)?
  2. Are there any scholarships for INTERNATIONAL students with learning disability?

What kind of degree is she interested in? MS, PhD? What about the major?

@xraymancs She’s interested in a Master’s degree(MSIS, to be specific). Her major was IT engineering.

In general, there are very few scholarships for MS students, particularly non-research degrees. Most programs expect students to self-fund.
