Adjusting sleeping rhythm

<p>During the school year, when I play a sport, I need at least 10 hours to function properly, otherwise I begin to fall asleep in class and my ADD goes really whacko.</p>

<p>When I’m not playing a sport during the school year, I only need like 8 hours.</p>

<p>During the summer, I only need 6-7 hours. But that’s because I don’t do anything.</p>
