<p>I’ve been sleeping 4 hours for my whole high school career, 6-7 on weekends.</p>
<p>Its become a habit due to my WoW obsession as well as gaming hobby, so getting that 4 hours of sleep was needed to fuel. I don’t know, its hard to describe. I don’t feel tired at all most of the time, just make sure to take a power nap at 3 PM or 6PM for 30 minutes. That is a huge refresher tip for me. Found that out my sophomore year, and never felt better. </p>
<p>I also had tennis, so tennis practice >> power nap >> homework >> 9 hours of gaming >> school.</p>
