Adjusting sleeping rhythm

<p>During the school year, I normally go to bed around 2am and I woke up around 6:30. I hated getting up, but during the day I was not tired at all. </p>

<p>Now it is summer and I get up at 9-10pm. I still stay up until 2am off habit. I normally read until that time.</p>

<p>I think you can do it no problem. It will take awhile to get use to, but you may develop a habit. Why would you want to do this though? I wish I could get to sleep by 12. =&lt;/p>
