Adjusting sleeping rhythm

<p>It’s called polyphasic sleep. You sleedp 20 min every 4 hours (if this can fit in your schedule), but then only 2 hours every night. It takes 10 days to get into though…and beware…they are a VERY DIFFICULT ten days. You will need a ton of self control and discipline. </p>
