<p>It’s really really counterproductive to stay up late. Any gain in “studying” made by the extra time you get will be easily offset by the diminished mental capacity you’ll suffer because of sleep deprivation. I sleep roughly 10 hours every day. Even if I have homework. If I have homework I haven’t finished or a book I haven’t read, then it just doesn’t get done. This prioritization has been surprisingly successful for me.</p>
