Adjusting sleeping rhythm

I don’t get what you guys are saying. In the school year, I’m totally cool with 4-6 hours a night. Six is the best, but 5 is probably the usual. It’s bad if I get down to 3.5. I never get incredibly tired and have to sleep 10-12 hours a night. I don’t drink coffee every morning, though I admit I cannot rarely resist a frappucino when I find myself at an airport or a Barnes and Noble, so it’s not like I’m keeping myself awake with drugs. You just do what you must.
I have a refresher in the middle of most days most, when I guess most people might start to fall apart and take a nap. I go to ballet, and then after that I’m so awake.
