Adjusting sleeping rhythm

<p>4 is pretty good, 3 is the sort of line where it’s a little iffy, and 2 is when youreally start dozing off.</p>

<p>Personally I think allnighters are better except you’ll have a major crash around 10 or 11 (in my personal experience) and you’ll feel like a total zombie after that until you sleep again. </p>

<p>Red bull, coffee, calorie soda (I’m saying calorie because coke zero etc don’t work after a few weeks. then again if this is short term they’re good.)
pinch yourself a lot. I did this in MUN during roll calls.</p>
