why would u do this?? do you want to do BME? if so you can substitute bio for the chem requirement.

no actually im thinking of doing civil engineering and they require physics or chem. and at this point im not confident enough to do well on the physics sats cause ive heard they're extremely hard.

I did do pretty well on Math IIc, but I do think my Chem grade should a bit higher. 700+ would be fine for me

Do I seem to be on the right track for admission to Columbia? even tho i know its a admissions is a crapshoot

Kind of. Though Columbia might place less importance on your numbers than a school such as MIT or Caltech, Engineering is no pushover. What's your GPA out of a 4.0 scale?

umm after googling gpa conversions, i think my weighted gpa might be a 3.9?

and thats one thing i love about columbia is that they don't value just numbers, but they truly do seem to be a one of a kind IVY school that really looks for holistic applicants.

What's unweighted?

Yeah, the numbers thing is nice, but that effect isn't so pronounced for SEAS. Do you have an essay topic yet?

unweighted is 3.7?
Ummmmmmm weird that you ask cause i thought of a topic while in bed last nightt. essay topics should reveal who i am right? and bring in a personality to the application

Right. Since you're going to be applying in a few months, right NOW would be the best time for you to work on your essay.
