Admission chances, need help

<p>Hi all!</p>

<p>I am an Indian. Graduated in Chemical engineering in the year 2009 from IIT Kanpur (It is the best college for engg. at India). Got a low GPA:2.8/4.0 GRE: 540V 800Q
Have got 2 years of job experience. 1 yr as a research engineer and 1 yr at Ansys FLuent.</p>

<p>I am planning to apply for Grad school at US for fall 2011 but am very skeptical about my chances of getting an admit. I want to apply for PhD but without schol. I wont go. If I apply for MS wat are the chances of getting partial schol atleast? Overall wat wd be better for me?</p>
