So my SSAT scores are:
Verbal: 653, 40%
Math: 770, 82%
Reading: 650, 42%
Overall: 58% with 2073.

I am currently applying for Hotchkiss, Groton, and Phillips Andover Academy.
I have 4.43 weighted with all honor rolls.
I play Football, ice hockey, and baseball.

Do you guys think I have any chances?
And what would be an average date the admission results come out?

Grade level? And March 10. It seems like you decided to apply relatively late. Same with me!

Hello fellow procrastinators! Average dates for acceptences are March 9-March 11.

I am applying for 10th grade

Wouldn’t it be helpful to have SAT or PSAT scores up?

Your SSAT score and your grades have a severe gap. Any reason?

Someone once said “This must mean the Honor rolls were handed out, rather than earned.” My school doesn’t have honor roll or honors classes, besides AP stuff.

Also, amilocated, the schools don’t require PSAT or SAT for people applying for 10th grade. The logical assumption based upon your grade/SSAT differential is that your school has grade inflation.

I was quoting a parent who said it. Personally, I have had no experience with any Honor system. Yours seems more or less logical, however.

Well, the handing out honor rolls part seems to make sense. But honestly, a 58 and a 4.43 GPA do NOT go together.
