<p>I received an email from Penn State Altoona that I was being offered admission for Fall 2012, but I really want to get into University Park because its my dream school. What can I do to appeal the decision and for the Penn State admission officers to place me in University Park? I don't see myself in Altoona and I really want to go to Penn State!</p>

<p>sometimes you can get changed to University Park by switching to a less competitive major or to Division of University Studies (undecided major), or if you agree to start in summer instead of fall. I believe the best way to find out is to call admissions.</p>
