I applied on November 14th and they received everything on November 15. My portal changed from "thank you for submitting " to " your application completed and being reviewed by admission committee " on December 7. I’m still waiting for admission decision. When do you think I will get a decision? I’m so worried
Mine just changed to “being reviewed” two days ago. I’m super nervous as well. I feel like I have been waiting forever. At least since you are early action you will know by the end of the month.
You could also call admissions just to make sure they sent your app through and ask when you may hear back
Hi! I submitted my application on November 15th and didn’t hear anything until Jan 3. I was so stressed and worried too! You should here very soon though. I had emailed my admissions councilor and she said that it can depend on what major you intend to pursue and/or program. I still have some friends who haven’t heard. I hope you hear soon!
@Sam5671 I applied to school of engineering ( computer science) I think that’s why they are taking forever to give me decision. I keep checking mycu account every damn second
@annaleigh275 when did you submit your application?
@flowerbear111 I submitted 11/10 but my transcripts got sent late and weren’t received until 11/22, so I’m regular decision now. I applied as a biology major to college of arts and sciences.
@annaleigh275 I think they will start sending out the first decisions (for regular decision) on January 15th. You will hear back from them very soon. I applied one day before the early action deadline, I think yours will be considered very early application for regular decision so you should get your decision soon. Wishing you all the best
@flowerbear111 yeah that makes sense. Thanks good luck to you too!
@annaleigh275 I got my decision pretty quickly, I applied on 12/11 and got admitted to College of Engineering (Mechanical) on 12/19 So, you too should be hearing soon.
@k_03 Are international student or something? That’s fast as hell!
@flowerbear111 Yeah, I am an international student. I think a separate committee handles applications from international students. They must receive far less applications as compared to the applications from US students. So I guess that is why decisions are faster.
@k_03 That’s what I thought too. Congratulations
@flowerbear111 Thank you and good luck to you
Anyone else hear back yet?
I think Waiting for February 1 decision will be better now. Cu Boulder is one of my top choice but it’s seems their admission process is joke. I heard back from my top choice colleges except Boulder and I’m not gonna waste my time by stressing myself anymore. Lol
My daughter still hasn’t heard. She applied for Elementary Education. My other daughter heard weeks ago. It must depend on the major.
I’m a transfer student who applied on the 27th of December and was notified yesterday the 11th that I was accepted into the astronomy program. I was a little surprised because from what I was told freshman are suppose to be notified before transfer students.
@PathfinderN7 that’s because transfer student application reviewed by different committee and they have less applications. Congratulations tho
@flowerbear111 interesting, didn’t know that. And thanks! Are you a incoming freshman?
@PathfinderN7 yeah
