Admission Decisions?

<p>Are applicants from Minnesota considered instate? I know Wisconsin applicants have been receiving the bulk of recent decisions and was wondering if Minnesotans fall into the "instate" category too? (I just trying to get an understanding of when I can expect to get a decision from UW-Madison)</p>

<p>I submitted my app 10/29, would it be safe to assume I'll get a decision before Christmas?</p>
