<p>Yes, Tulane is a rolling admissions school. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to get my decision after the status showed complete.</p>
<p>Do they email you? Or do you have to check through the website ?</p>
<p>You have to check the website. They will notify you by regular mail, but I don’t think they alert you by e-mail at this time.</p>
