Nope still step 3 (Mays)

has anybody that has applied for financial aid and gotten accepted received aggie assurance?

Not me. My EFC is 3700.
It will hopefully go down once I make corrections to my FAFSA…

It would be reaaaaally nice to have Aggie assurance.

was your gross adjusted income less than $60,000? I thought that was the only requirement. How was your financial aid package?

It was like $20.000 because my dad owns a business and the rest of his income is in another form. But both amounts add to less than $60.000 anyways.

Did you get Aggie assurance?

I thought Aggie Assurance was only for incoming freshmen and not transfers?

I have not yet been awarded financial aid. My efc is about $6,000, but my parents don’t pay for my college. Income was less than $60,000 but not by much. I hope I do. According to the financial aid website fall 09 is when transfer students begin to be eligible and as long as your adjusted gross income is less than $60,000 aggie assurance should cover your tuition minus fess. I wonder why you weren’t awarded aggie assurance if your income was less than that?

No idea.
The website says that aggie assurance will be offered to transfer students starting Fall 09.

Finally got moved to Step 4, decision mailed out yesterday.

Same here. Step 4 as of this morning. Hopefully it’s good news since my second choice major wasn’t considered.

Still on three (Mays).

So I can look at the available classes and I already requested a sports pass. I’m thinking that is a good sign.

blackag… I’m too on step 3 (Engineering )

mitch8002 - Make sure to go register for parking too. Glad to see I’m not the only not not admitted officially that can see/register for those things.

Its good to know you’re not alone. alchemist5 do you think this is a good or bad thing? I simply don’t know. I’ve never been in this situation before.

i think its a good thing. Its takes a time to pack the thick envelop…

Thats the only thing I cannot do. Maybe the transportation people haven’t updated their system yet because it says: “Sorry, we can not find your account in our system.
Please contact us at 862-PARK if you have any questions regarding your parking account.”

Hell Yeah! LOL

It took a day from the time I saw registration options to the time I could register for parking.

mitch what department did you apply to
