<p>My second choice disappeared after I accepted my offer (maybe before, but it isn’t there now).</p>
<p>Also, it took my financial aid a day to show up after I accepted the offer.</p>
<p>i just got on step 4 today, my second choice also disappeared, and it said it was sent on the 14th. so i figured i would get my letter today. i checked the mail and sure enough there was a big packet from A&m, i got super excited cuz i was sure i was in, but unfortunately it was just information on the Corps of cadets. ■■■</p>
<p>Does anyone know how long it takes to go to step 5 after you go to step 4? Ampzor, how many days did it take for you to get the letter in the mail? I live near houston too, so it should be about the same for me.</p>
<p>Good luck Ampz, give them hell. Now that ID seems to be gone as an option for me…I might be screwed? I hope this doesn’t mean the since the pool is so big they’re not gonna consider us for our second choices. . . .</p>
<p>my 2nd choice was also deleted, i do have to send in my spring grades because i do not meet minimum requirements. I think this could be bad in way such as for reconsiderations they dont look at your 2nd choice at all due to it taking long as it is. For them to look at reconsiderations 2nd choices i think it would take another few weeks and by then i think it is way too late for some people</p>

<p>Yeah I don’t know whats going on with that second choice major disappearing. Mine did too. I will call the admissions tomorrow to see what it is all about. I am also on step 3 again… dejavu… I decided to go on thursday before the Astro game to college station.</p>
<p>I called the mechanical engineering department today and they told me that I wasn’t on their list of “transfer student” applicants. They told me to contact general admissions and I did. The general admissions office told me that they had my application and my transcripts on file with 38 transferable credit hours giving me a total of a 3.71 GPR. So I don’t know what the mechanical engineering department was smoking. She also said that I won’t get a decision until mid/late june. I almost told her to delete my application I was so ****ed. I waited 5 months just to wait another month. </p>
<p>Oh and the reason why I was inititally denied was because they wanted to see more of table 1 (math, physics, chem). I don’t know why you havent heard yet…</p>

<p>It took me a few hours to go from step 4 to step 5. The admissions packet made it to Austin two days after AIS said it went out.</p>
<p>It only took me a couple of hours also to move to step 5. My packet came in with in a couple of days.</p>
<p>ampzor, I would honestly just reapply for the Spring 2010 semester (like me!). This ordeal is quite ridiculous, plus, I would imagine most of the classes will fill up by late June.</p>

<p>My second choice was deleted too! I am not sure that they look us at the 2nd choice or not! My 1st choice is Politcal Science and 2nd is Gereral Studies! I think if they look at my 2nd choice, the chance I might get in to A&M about 70%. But till, I got letter for denied last Monday! However, it’s show step 4. No Move!
Anyone sent out Spring semester grade yet? It’s shown on “Document”??? I have sent it already, but itsn’t shown up anything that they received my Spring grade.</p>

<p>if they have rejected… they’ll put u for ur second choice major… if the decision is made and ur second choice is deleted that means u r admitted in ur first choice major.</p>
<p>Hey blackag, you are applying to May’s right? I am too, and my 2nd choice was deleted yesterday and this morning I can view class schedules and register for parking and sports pass on the my record tab in howdy…are you able to do this too?</p>
<p>Yes, I applied to Mays. No, I dont have those options. You’re on step 3? I don’t know at this point, I sent in spring grades just in case and there is no change on my AIS. However, the admissions lady told me a decision has been sent and should be at my house this week.</p>
<p>yeah, ais still shows step 3…from what i can decipher here though, something doesn’t mean anything though necessarily…</p>
<p>I might add that the admissions office told my friend that letters will be mailed wednesday.</p>
