Admission into Smith School of Business for Internal Transfers

Hello. I'm considering a double major in Finance to go along with my Japanese Major. However, I have a few questions about the requirements to apply to the Undergraduate program at the Robert H School of Business

First. The website to the business school says: "Students applying to majors in the Robert H. Smith School of Business must also have at least 45 credits completed and be in progress to 60 credits at the time of their application."

However, I plan to apply to the school in Spring 2014 during my fifth semester, in which I will have about 67 credits completed and be in progress of earning 82 or so credits. Am I allowed to apply during my fifth semester? Do I have too many credits to apply? I don't plan to graduate until Spring 2016 so I will still have 2 more years till graduation. I will also be a double major, so of course I have more credits than expected.

Second. Do they consider SAT scores if you are applying for an internal transfer after completing all the gateway courses? I've heard that the SAT cutoff is 1300 and I don't meet that.

Third. How great does my grades have to be? It says that there needs to be a minimum gpa of 3.0. I have a 3.335 gpa right now when only considering my classes taken at the University of Maryland. However, I also have 4 classes that transferred over that are all A's, and supposedly those will also be considered for my gpa.

Fourth. Is it absolutely necessary to have some kind of extra curricular? I realize that I don't really have any at the moment, and that worries me.
