<p>so i was admitted to all the ucs BUT ucla!!! =(
is there a chance for me to appeal, saying that they made a mistake, of not seeing how great of a student i am, being admitted to uc berkeley ucsd...etc. </p>
<p>because ucla is my top choice=(</p>
<p>other than that, i have nothing else that is new and apealing to put in the appeal letter....is there any way that i have a shot at this, or will it just be a waste of my time?</p>
<p>People are admitted to Berkeley at rejected to UCLA all the time. No mistake.</p>
<p>just go to UCB, it’s a better school anyways (academically)</p>
<p>if you don’t like cal after 2 years you could always switch. (I suspect you’ll enjoy it/it’ll grow on you) </p>
<p>you could also find a good reason to appeal and try it…won’t hurt you in any way.</p>
<p>UCLA has like 10k more applicants than berkeley, and the most of any university in the U.S., meaning you’re competing with more people, and hence you’re more likely to get rejected. This is no mistake, but if you really want to come here, try to appeal.</p>
