Any last minute tweaks to make myself better for applications in the fall?

Thanks!!

in order,
40%, 60%, 70%, 96%, 20%

You have a very good chance. But remember, Ivy Leagues are hard to get in. it’s the luck that let you in. Did you do your essays and interview well? I jsut got rejected.

I’m only a junior. The single-digit admission rates are intimidating!

What is your reasoning for the percentages?

just guesses, but they are really good ones.

Write good essays. Like start as soon as you can. At schools like Harvard and UPenn, there are a ton of applicants that will look just like you academics wise. Essays are a huge distinguishing factor.

How did you do in the individual parts of the SAT 1? cr, writing and math

Assuming that you submit the ACTs and not SATs:

UPenn REACH, BUT JUST AS GOOD A CHANCE AS ANYBODY
Cornell MATCH
WUSTL MATCH (but you MUST show interest)
U of M (assuming this means Michigan) MATCH
Harvard REACH, BUT JUST AS GOOD A CHANCE AS ANYBODY

I’m very new to “college slang” so what does a “reach” school mean exactly? Does match mean like a fair-good chance of getting in? Or does it mean I match a optimal student profile at that school?

The problem with my SAT is that I am not consistent.
My first time was a 2150. Math = 770, CR = 680, Writing = 700

My second time was a 2180. Math = 690, CR = 720, Writing = 770

This flip-flopping doesn’t make sense to me  Math is usually my best subject in any standardized test. I just took the SAT in June, so hopefully I can do better this time!
