So I have to get a c or better in my math class to get to ucla
I have already been accepted but I'm getting a little paranoid about passing
Anyways, someone told me that I can't take it during summer and that If I don't pass it, the MOST ucla will do is postpone my admission for one year??? This means I wouldn't have to apply all over again...is this true????

yup.
10char

Your admission isn’t postponed, its rescinded.

^ true (10char).

yeah i meant that…

Try your hardest, just don’t slack off. Yes you probably will get revoked if you get anything lower than a C.

Good luck! [:

umm ok so my admission won’t be postponed then?

no, it will not be postponed. it will be revoked.

Yup. Happened to some people from last year’s transfer group. I know cause I was reading all the rescinding threads last year.

well ya of course I know that know ucla will rescind it…
but someone told me that I could talk to admissions and they could possibly postpone it.

missanab,

i have the same concern as u, except its for my IGETC english course. my prof is grading super hard, and all i need is a C, and im sweating it…

vazman…finallyyyyy someone with the same problem.
I’m seriously stressing it. Just sucks that I can’t relax. All I keep thinking about is my math class and how I don’t know if I will pass!!! ughhhhhhhhhh
How’s your english going? You don’t think you will get at least a c?

^^^
missanab, what are you taking, college algebra?

yep college algebra
math is my worst subject and I’m really worried :(

@Amazing, where did you find those threads?

who is your instructor?

are you using “college algebra” by mark dugopolski 4th edition?

and do you have the solution manual?

my instructor is dr.shamam and ya im using that book but I don’t have the solution manual
all of our homework is on math xl
and out mid term is in class on friday
I think i’m probably gonna fail

if you need it, i can give it to you… yes free of charge

really?? that would be awesome
the solution manual shows you how to do the problem right??
that would be super helpful! when can I get it?

anytime you want… im on campus tomorrow from freaking 8-4:30
