<p>wHAT ABOUT ADMISSION RATES AND STATS FOR OUT OF STATERS?</p>
<p>Collegeboard.com has it at 62%....it's generally difficult to find acceptance rates broken down into differant sub-groups...geographic....racial..gender etc. College admit offices are pretty guarded about that type of information...it might be bad press to find out that more people from Mississippi got in than Massachusetts.</p>
<p>it varies every year. 2 years ago the admissions rate was 49%, last year it was 62%. I think last year was a big mistake and theyre trying to correct it cause there were way to many kids in the freshman class last yr (around 6,000 i think). This year I have heard it will be sub 50's again which is good cause I don't want THAT many kids in my intro to bio class lol</p>
<p>Remember also that last year admissions ere down considerably. That pushed admit rate up. They bounced back this year.</p>
