I want I transfer to a business program when I eventually leave my community college. Most of these programs require that you take business calculus before you can apply I think. If I can't take that class before I apply, can I still apply to these schools for business or do I have to apply another way?

Generally, if the class is listed as an indicator course or a required course they will not budge on it. In other words you must have that class completed or be enrolled in it by the time you apply. Business calculus can act as part of a gradient so maybe try calling the advisors and ask if they take regular calculus in lieu of business calculus for that credit.

The only other way you could get in without ever taking a pre req is applying for a different school within the college and maybe just getting a minor in it, or you can try internal transferring. All that will do is postpone and complicate the process though because you will still need those pre reqs or different ones.
